Walking Dead Season I centered on zombie-versus-human battle in a post- apocalyptic world filled with dead people called “walkers”. It is the same theme that Georgie A. Romero first introduced in 1968, the film entitled “Night of the Living Dead”. With the main protagonist, Rick Grime portrayed by Andrew Lincoln joined by a whole stellar casts, Walking Dead Season I features a seemingly endless human struggle to survive against the dead walkers to finally save the world from falling into a useless zombie-dominated dimension.

This TV show was lauded with positive reviews and finally awards and nominations. An overwhelming record of 5.35 million people watched the premiere episode, and about six million fanatic viewers – ages 18 to 49 around the world were glued on their seats watching the season’s succeeding series.
